Billboard Books has captured the very soul of this faithful family and allows us to glimpse some of their most private and cherished memories.

Still Standing Tall should be required reading for anyone who dares to utter the words, "I can't."

The Williams Brothers have made a tremendous contribution to not only the Gospel music industry but the world music industry as well… They are leaders in this great army for the Lord. What more could you ask for? The legacy of The Williams Brothers will live throughout our lifetime and for future generations to come.

I would like to give the highest respect to The Williams Brothers in their contribution to Gospel music and also as role models to every young Gospel Quartet Group…They inspired me and my brother in many ways, letting us know what brotherly love really is and with God's help it is "Lasting Love."
-K-CI and JoJo Hailey

I have been friends with The Williams Brothers for a very long time, and I am a witness to the effect that their ministry has on the world. I also believe that their strengths, as they are accounted for this book, will prove to have a powerful impact…, encouraging believers to stand tall… . Every reader will be blessed by the accounting of their story.

The Williams Brothers have been able to turn pain into power. As Dr. King said, "They have carved out of the mountain of despair a stone of hope." In the desert they have found a water hole. Let all of us read, listen and rejoice.
-The Rev. Jesse Jackson

Back in the day it would have been said, "Boy you can't have no secular artist singing on your gospel record!" as if people who sang songs about relationships between man and woman, love and conditions in the world were not pure enough to give praise to God for Him giving us life, love, joy, peace, and positive vision. But thanks to people like The Williams Brothers and other gospel groups and artists, we have all grown to understand that praising God must reach in every place that there are the living. We must celebrate in song His Holy Name.
Thanks for bringing us together as a family.

-Stevland Morris (Stevie Wonder)

The Williams Brothers are one of my favorite gospel groups. One song in particular comes to mind as being my mother's favorite as well as mine. I have fond memories of listening to my mother sing: "I'm just a nobody/Trying to tell everybody/About somebody who can save anybody."
I would like to say thanks for the memories to The Williams Brothers and keep up the good work with your music ministry.
